    Happy Friday! This week was all about implementing little things to make each day feel like the best day. I started having five-minute dance parties after lunch.     What a week! I’ve got two massive events I’m planning coming up next week, so I’m basically a chicken with its head cut off until next Sunday when I can finally breathe again.     Self-care has been a huge topic lately. I see articles on self-care everywhere I look and the importance of taking care of your mind and body (duh!), but I’m also seeing people talking about how you’ve got to make sacrifices to reach your dreams and the “no pain, no gain” mentally is still very much present.
