Love is in the air, and whether you’re single or in a committed relationship, Valentine’s Day is coming for you. Personally, I have a happy hour planned with a few friends, and then, I’m going to cuddle up with a book and a box of chocolates. Being single doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the holiday of love! After living in Southwest Florida until I was 18-years-old, experiencing my first fall was earth-shattering. It might have only lasted a few weeks, but feeling that crisp air and being able to wear boots comfortably was a magical experience. Spring is still my favorite season because I love the idea of new possibilities, but fall is definitely a close second. There’s nothing like breaking out your sweaters after a long summer or cracking open a good book near a fire. I’ve got a list of seven books to read this fall. Let’s get started!
Fangirl: A Review
Title: Fangirl Author: Rainbow Rowell Genre: Young Adult Quotation: “In new situations, all the trickiest rules are the ones nobody bothers to explain to you. (And the ones you can’t Google.)” Would recommend to: people who understand the draw of fan-fiction. “Fangirl”, in my opinion, was a huge disappointment. It didn’t live up to the hype and excitement. Everyone that had read the novel had helped me set my expectations WAY too high, unfortunately.
